Lilian Tomovich



Lili is  a transformational marketing leader known for building high profile global brands in Canada, US and Asia.  Her experience spans the hospitality, entertainment, restaurant, financial services and retail industries. Lili was most recently the Chief Experience & Marketing Officer of MGM Resorts International, a $15 Billion global hospitality and entertainment company with national and international locations featuring best in class hotels and casinos, state of the art meetings and conference spaces, incredible live and theatrical entertainment experiences, and an extensive array of restaurants, nightlife and retail offerings. 


At MGM, Lili was instrumental in the repositioning of the brand from a hotel and casino company to an entertainment powerhouse while aligning brand with culture. This work has been recognized and shared with many Fortune 500 companies looking to deliver a more unified guest experience leveraging the brand and corporate culture.  In addition, Lili launched MGM Digital Ventures, a consumer technology business unit responsible for all guest facing technologies including mobile check in.  The team’s work around mobile and digital platforms doubled  e-commerce revenue to $1B.    


Prior to joining MGM Resorts, Lili was Senior Vice President of Consumer Marketing for MasterCard in New York, including senior roles in Canada at both Rogers, Canada’s largest mobile carrier and Citi.   


Lili is a current member of the Board of Directors for Dine Brands Global (IHOP & Applebees) and a past board member of Basketball Canada, and the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.
